Illegal, unlawful, or criminal acts by employees related to their duties (e.g., embezzlement, breach of trust, fraud, theft, receiving money or hospitality, and accounting fraud)
Improper instruction of company employees or external stakeholders using one's position (e.g., soliciting favors, brokering, or coercion)
Workplace harassment, sexual harassment, or other acts that violate ethical standards
Guarantee anonymity to informants
The informant and the information will be kept confidential except for the person in charge of the Code of Conduct
Anyone who tries to identify the informant, leaks or takes disadvantageous is subject to disciplinary action.
We do not unfairly penalize informants in accordance with internal regulations.
